I hope everyone is doing well and I thought I would update everyone on my OP class this past Thursday!!
Thursday morning when we got to the Conway Center we were told that we would not be able to go sailing because there was no wind and sailing without wind is not very fun! So we went kayaking instead! It was so fun! We went out on the sea between Holyhead and Ireland. We were told that if we kept paddling straight we would run into Ireland but we did not do that. We went around a small island right off the coast and then we were able to go through some tight spaces between rocks right next to the mainland. It was so much fun! I think that was my favorite OP so far!!!
After we were done we had to change out of our wetsuits and I looked pretty crazy after I changed clothes. haha I also got to capsize in my boat so I would know what to do in case I ever flipped over by accident before! The water was so cold but I had to grab the opportunity.

Friday was full of classes and I even had an extra one than normal. I had a make up class for my Ecology and Evolution class. The day went by really fast and then Valerie came to visit me! She stayed with me all weekend! But that we will have to be for a later blog this week! Talk to you all soon!
